"We had an amazing stay here at the Claremont staff where some helpful nothing was any trouble Was made to feel very welcome was clean and so close to all amenities o would definitely recommend a stay here and I will definitely be back again "

"The checking in staff was pleasant friendly and very knowledgeable. Took my phone call and answered my queries in a very polite manner. The bedroom had everything that is required and bathroom was very clean. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. NCP car park at a discounted rate which was very useful. Will definitely recommend this hotel. "

"A lovely little place. Easy to access and close to the water. The only thing that was inconvenient was the parking. The suggested parking is a bit of a walk especially when you’re carrying luggage. I would recommend to drop the bags off first before parking or organise the parking permit. Other than that, it was a lovely stay. "

"Lovely rooms in a great area. Beware we had to climb 4 flights of stairs. Not good if you are 72 with arthritic knees! Ask first which floor you’re on! Our room was number 24. Right at the top"

"Beautiful apartment. Very boutique like. I love the architecture and the windows that give it a bigger and spacious look. It's modern, and chic. I would stay here again. Only thing i need to mention, you do have to go up a few set of stairs, which was not a problem, but someone may find that useful to know. "

"Great sea view from the bedroom. Bedding and towel and shower spotlessly clean. Close to town centre and very close to view of the beach. Room size excellent for one. Shame the toilet and I realise there isn’t room, was along the hall. I got lucky as other tenants were quiet, not always guaranteed in Brighton. Everything concluded on text/email, didn’t see a member of staff. There is a telephone number to contact someone but I had no need of this service. "

"The worst and very disappointing thing was to arrive and don’t receive the support remotely to unlock the principal door as was instructed; fortunately an employee from the building aside helped us. There were no basic kitchen items such as a dish drainer, paper towels… Just as a suggestion, it would be good to have a non-stick frying pan; We couldn't find instructions on where to empty the trash can; The positive point was that because it was a new building, the facilities and furniture were...
