"Hotel is looking a bit tired and could use a refresh. At the price point it seemed somewhat churlish to ask for a further £10 for a bathrobe that other hotels provide free. "

"We booked a twin room, which was confirmed at check-in however we were told that the room had a king size bed. Took 3 phone calls and two and a half hours to get housekeeping to ste the room up as booked. Not good enough. "

"The staff were incredibly helpful. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. I particularly like that the bath was quitte low and i could have shower without worrying about climbing in and out. The shower was powerful."

"The staff here and other residents were lovely, friendly and helpful. I felt safe on my first solo trip as a young woman so thank you! The common areas are good for reading/laptop work and having the water tap by reception was good for staying hydrated throughout the trip. Sharing a room with others was overall a good experience and I had no trouble :) Very peaceful vibes here I would come again if i stay in Brighton another time!"

"For the cost this hotel was very good, free parking,nicely situated for access to town. Bus service so close. , Had nices meal in hotel restaurant and free morning breakfast ."

"The hotel staff were very helpful but the hotel itself was basic. The rooms are small and minimal, our bathroom smelt like sewer drains and stunk the whole room even with the windows open. The breakfast was not worth waking up for and the times were bad it should be open till 10am considering its an 11am check out. We had four rooms booked and each one was terrible, one had bird poo on the floors and the other had no toilet roll on arrival. We made do for the one night but wouldn't stay here again. "
