"The room was excellently clean the only gripe I’d have is that the toilet is separate to the bathroom which is ok but no wash basin had to go back into bathroom to wash our hands not very hygienic I thought .but we did have a ironing board & iron in the wardrobe but didn’t need to use this time .the rest of hotel was very clean staff very helpful & polite .the cooked breakfast was abit rubbish the bacon & sausage over cooked but other stuff ok"

"Duty manager Helen was very helpful, friendly and understanding. My partner struggles to walk. She uses a frame. Helen assisted her with entry and exit. As the main entrance has stairs no ramp. Helen made our stay a very positive experience. We will definitely be returning to the Adelphi, Liverpool."
