"The apartment is spacious, bright, comfortable and clean. However, something could be better: the walls were stained, only three chairs but one was broken, washing machine was out of order, no wall clothes rack and few dishes and cutlery. Good position in a quiet neighbourhood, not so far to the centre, very useful parking behind the building and shops nearly."

"I would not stay at any property managed by Pure Serviced again. The property was filthy and very tired. They arranged a boiler inspection after we had already booked and paid. The boiler subsequently started leaking at 4am the second night. I phoned their emergency number at 7.30am. No response. I called the Pure Serviced office number just after nine. No response. The Emergency plumbers turned up at 10.am. Subsequently isolated water supply and said the hot water would be off at least a day....

"Only issue that I can mention was the fact there was no one at the pool reception when we went for our first swim. A guest had to show me how to access. Consequently I went into the members changing room then when I eventually spoke to a girl she informed me I should not be there but to go to the other changing room. Had to ask for a tag. 2nd day no problem and helpful staff. Breakfast amazing It was my birthday and they gave me a little gift. Will definitely be going back"

The Grosvenor Plymouth

10/10 Excellent
"Stayed on the third floor, small room, plenty of space, the room was clean with no damage, shower worked great. There was a fan in there which is helpful in the summer, didnโ€™t have any noise complaints to make. Only stayed for one night so canโ€™t come in on much else, the room key can be used for the front door when reception is closed after 10 pm and be aware that the keys go in the door horizontal rather than vertical and they also turn anticlockwise which takes some getting used to. Overall, very happy with my stay and I would stay here again."
