Beautiful apartment in stunning location

Apartment, as described, in a stunning location. Spotlessly clean and easy check in . Nice selection of restaurants and bars on site with friendly and professional staff. Only issue was that extensive building work was taking place outside the apartment and noise started around 7.30 in the morning. It didn't spoil our stay but may need to be considered if you like a lie in.

Business Trip

The apartment was very nice, and in a great location. Everything you could require for your stay is provided. I really enjoyed my time there. I was there for business, it worked really well for me, the internet was fast space to work separate from the bedroom. I could also have colleges round to chat/work if required. This apartment would also be perfect for a family with the 2 bedrooms and nice size open plan living room and kitchen/diner.

Beautiful city

Beautiful view from apartment, loads of stuff to do and food places around the corner. Overall we had an amazing time only let down the food wasn’t great. 😊

Royal William Yard

Had a very comfortable stay and the location was excellent for getting around Plymouth without having to drive. The local facilities were excellent especially enjoyed sampling the beer at Steel Brew Co not often you have a brewery under your bedroom!

Plymouth in style

A great little flat with everything you need in an excellent location. Great service and communication from Plumb Locations and easy check in. Beats hotels hands down with all your own facilities and a selection of bars and eateries on site.

Had everything we could wish for Would recommend and come back. If we could have anything different- Check out time felt too early/rushed Sofa bed mattress not overly unpleasant but could feel the springs

Hmm not again

It was an expensive stay considering that I'd already paid £91.25 and then to be told that i needed to pay a £60.00 service charge. This was not clear and the time of booking, so was suprised to get hit with a service charge - not quite sure what service i got. The room was very hot, small and lots of noise outside. I will not be staying again.

Family trip.. worth it!

This is the wonderful holiday with my family. Everyone is enjoy and relax in this lovely comfort accommodation. My children love it so much.. much to do in the area. Although just a short trip, but would like to go back again and book the same accommodation!

Watch out for ADDITIONAL costs

Very disappointed. I've used Hotels.com for year and this was the first time I was hit with an additional charge - and for £65 for cleaning! I'd already paid £115 for the apartment. The apartment is in a great location but was small and only one bedroom and the total cost being £180 for one night is ridiculous even for this time of year. There are much larger apartments available in the same complex for less money. To make matters more laughable the apartment was not even that clean, despite the high cleaning charges. When I called the owner/manager of the apartment to complain that this cleaning charge is not clearly explained on the Hotels.com page they had a 'could not careless attitude' which further let down the whole experience. In summary the apartment is nice, location fantastic, but pricing is misleading and the total cost is very uncompetitive. Much better out there for less. Be wary of the Cleaning Costs and be wary of Plum Properties whom manage it

Prince Williams yard is a brilliant location with restaurants locally. The nearest supermarket is about 10-15 mins walk away. There are ferries to Plymouth trourist area, but I managed to miss them the 2 times I was planning to use it so walked once and caught the bus the next time. Flat is spacious. The sofas aren't wonderfully comfortable, but are Ok. Bedrooms good. Most of what you need is provided including tea, coffee and milk.

Nice pleasant apartment, had everything I needed for a short stay. It was a bit hot and didn't have air conditioning, so I had to open the window. Also the wifi didn't work.
