"Pros: The issue with the air conditioning was addressed fairly quickly, and the on-site handyman did an excellent job. The proximity to Newburyport was also a major plus. Cons: While the room appeared tidy, it wasn’t as clean as expected. "Beautiful grounds. 10-15 minute walk all to main part of town. Walking back is a little strenuous as it is uphill, but a pretty walk. Well maintained facility. Though no one is there to check you in, the phone/text availability of staff is attentive and helpful. No problems checking in. Would definitely stay again."

"Very nice getaway, a great location in proximity to Rockport and area attractions we visited Hammond Castle, Rockport Village, Castle Hill, and Halibut Point State Park. Breakfast was delicious and staff great, our room and view were excellent. Only two negatives , the pool was under construction, and because it was a weekday the bar/lounge was closed. But overall an awesome stay and would definitely would stay again."

"Adorable place to stay. Great location. My only issue was that a fuse blew and everyone lost power. When we called the front desk asked if I was using a blow dryer (which I was) that that was the reason. Frustrating and somewhat unacceptable."

"The room was extremely clean, nothing out of place. The staff was delightful! Very helpful when I was trying to figure out how to find laundry detergent at the front desk shop. The breakfast spread is very tasty as well, the kids loved the make your own waffles station. There was a nice spread of fruits, cereal, sausage, eggs, homestykle bkfst potatos, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and juice.
