"If you are wanting to get in the beach water this is not the place. The water was very dirty. The room itself was beautiful and the view was beautiful. Checkout was a headache they probably should offer the champagne for checking out process. The restaurants were nice but I had better food exploring other restaurants outside the hotel."

"I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff truly made the experience exceptional. They were incredibly welcoming, organized, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. Their professionalism and genuinecare deserve a 10/10. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Everything was spotless, and it made for a very comfortable stay. "Room was clean and room cleaner was amazing. The staff only caters to Spanish speaking people. I purchased “The Level” package and it really didn’t matter or make a difference. They let anyone on the beach and sit in the chairs on the beach bringing their own drinks and food. We sat in the “exclusive” area on the beach and no one brought us a drink until we complained because the waiter served other people in the “exclusive” area. "What an incredible experience! The resort with three different hotels made the location enormous in size. Villa de Palmar was incredible, Hotel Garza Blanca was beautiful and the Hotel Mousai was state of the art adult area and we happened to enjoy all three hotels. The accommodations, the pools, the beach, and especially the food were above par attached with a very friendly wait staff. We will return soon!"
