"We have just returned from an unforgettable 8-night stay at Finest Punta Cana, where I vacationed with my wife and our 7-month-old baby boy, and I can honestly say that this has been the best all-inclusive resort experience we have had so far! From the very moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and genuinely cared for. The bellman team and reception staff made an excellent first impression, setting the tone for what turned out to be an exceptional vacation. Traveling with a baby can sometimes require extra attention and flexibility, but throughout our stay, we felt comfortable, relaxed, and well taken care of. One of the first things you notice about Finest Punta Cana is how incredibly clean, well-maintained, and beautiful the entire property is. From the pools and guest rooms to the breezeways, common areas, and amenities, everything is kept in outstanding condition. You can clearly see the maintenance team working continuously behind the scenes, making improvements and paying attention to the details that keep the resort looking its best. However, what truly makes this resort stand out is its people. The service provided by the waiters, waitresses, bartenders, and the entire team is what transforms a great vacation into an unforgettable experience. Randy, Andreina y Lelena at the buffet. Flor, at the coffee shop and Yajaira with the Spa Team. Their warmth, professionalism, kindness, and genuine hospitality make you feel less like a guest and more like part of a family."

"Most of the rooms are about a 20-minute walk from the lobby. There are a few golf carts that are supposed to take you there, but we still found ourselves waiting more than 10 minutes most of the time. The food was good on most days. The staff wasn’t very helpful. If you don’t specifically ask for help, you probably won’t get any. This applies to everything from getting your luggage to your room (they left ours at the lobby for hours) to getting directions to the gym (which is actually closed, so you have to go to another resort about a 20-minute walk away). There also isn’t enough seating around the pool. If you wake up after 9 AM, you probably won’t find a spot in the shade. Throughout the resort, you’re constantly approached by locals and staff trying to sell you things — at the pool, on the beach, and even while walking from your room. It gets pretty annoying. But overall, it was a nice experience."
