"It is a great resort for families. The service in all parts of the resort was amazing and all the staff were great. The best part was meeting Franklin. He greeted us in our first day and when i told him we are a larger group and each family in the group is arriving at different time of the day, he took the initiative to use the last names and find us. Then he started a chat group for the larger family. And using the chat group he helped us with all arrangements we needed through out our stay. It just made our stay so much more comfortable. "
