Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to every detail made our trip stress-free and incredibly enjoyable. Casto was hands down the BEST waitress we had during our stay. Her service was exceptional — always attentive, friendly, fast, and genuinely caring. She made every dining experience feel special, and her positive energy never went unnoticed. We also want to recognize Gustavo for doing such an amazing job taking care of us at all of the restaurants. He was incredibly accommodating, professional, and always made sure we had everything we needed. The level of hospitality we received from everyone was truly outstanding. "In general living at the resort is great but, the staff is not helpful. My room (4207) door was locked for 3 days, I went to front desk for several time to open the door or change the room they just send a security to unlock the door but it did not open after we come out. I used the balcony and window to enter as thief'. There are a lot of staff but none helped. I went down for my 2 years old's birthday and mother day weekend and we (2 toddler and a couple) got a great gift of kicked out of the room for 3 days. Later I guessed that, they wanted to sell their membership and I denied and they wanted to give me a hard time. Not trusting to management and not coming to Sirenis ever in any location. "
