"my husband and I went for a parent only trip and we absolutely loved the resort, it was very clean and everyone was super helpful and attentive to our needs. we stayed for 4 days and we wished we could have stayed longer. Wish there was more bar tenders by the pool as at times you waited a bit for your drinks but with the amazing views of the beach from the bar I don't thik anyone really noticed! we would definitely choose to stay here again it forced you to stop and just take in the beauty of this beautiful country!"

Theo, Adrianna, and Francis especially went above and beyond to meet our needs and were consistently kind and helpful. There were also several other team members who made a positive impact, even if we didn’t catch all of their names. The entertainment staff was wonderful as well—always pleasant, smiling, engaging, and creating a fun atmosphere for guests. The food could have been better, with more variety and options available, but overall we had a very enjoyable stay and truly appreciated the excellent service from the team."

"We were there for Valentines weekend and we were amazed at the beauty, the top tier service and the food! Everything was beyond our expectations! The pool was amazing! The couples massage package left us completely in Zen mode! This has become our favorite getaway! We will be back soon! "

"Great staff at restaurants. Hard to make reservations with app. Room service requests for towels etc took long. However food room service great. Also better entertainment is needed more cultural music or bands. "
