"We had a lovely stay at this hotel in Liverpool. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. Great location and everything we needed for a short break. We would happily stay again and recommend it."

"Overall flat was spacious and location was good. We had flat 9 and the back bedroom had 2 windows both directly above the alley where all the local pubs and restaurants dump their empty bottles and kegs, until well past 1 in the morning then bin men start pick up between 05-0600. Needless to say very little sleep. This is not the rental agency fault as they do not control this but just be aware of these outside conditions."
