"The hotel is in a perfect location and offers very convenient and reasonable parking. The room was very comfortable, and the housekeeping staff deserves two thumbs up. All the staff was very professional and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again."

"Parents beware - Don’t rely on being able to use the pool. It was 104 degrees the first day we were there. Pros: The view in the one bedroom Hudson suite was spectacular. The room was decently clean but tired. Good location. Cons: The pool temperature fluctuated between 71-104. We couldn’t count on using it. We were told we had an Amazon package delivered when we checked in. It took 3 phone calls and 24 hours to actually get it. As other reviews mention, the elevators are really an issue....

"This is our third stay at The Moore, and we have recommended it to others for its relaxed, urban vibe. We love the Chelsea location--you can walk to the High Line (about a half mile) and the Theater District (about a mile), you have a variety of restaurants to choose from, and the nearest subway is just a block away. Be aware that the rooms are a bit small, but that's not unusual for NYC, and there are common areas to sit in both on the ground floor and on the roof top. I recommend booking an...

"Lovely rooms and a comft bed. I had the the biggest room they have and it was bigger than I expected, with enough floor space for luggage and moving around with ease. Bathroom was a bit too small for my liking and the water pressure could have been stronger. Lovely girl who checked me in and out."

"I will start with the positives: Clean, attractive and modern property. I prefer smaller properties such as Made Hotel. Nice cafe on the first floor. Central Manhattan location and good access to multiple subway lines. These were the things that were less than ideal: Small rooms and beds. Immediate neighborhood is so-so. Overall: I give it an okay rating especially for a short stay in Mid Town. We got a really good deal by pre-paying for our stay."

"Booked a king room. Got a double ADA. Was not told about the room availability. Walked into the room to realize. Was told there was nothing they could do. Then took a shower in the MOST DISGUSTING shower I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. It was clogged and filthy. Standing in water up to my ankles."
