The hotel first of all charged me twice after they wouldnt change the booking I made on the wrong date, within 5 minutes of the booking and calling them, nothing was possible. Once on the ground, their check in process was long and complicated and the staff kept making comments about the booking being Expedia and how I had called to change it. Then upon check out, the downstairs concierge, made us go up back to the lobby not believing we had checked out, upon returning to the front desk, they made us go there for one question asking if we had taken anything from the minibar, once going back down, the guard didn't believe we had gone to front desk and had them both coordinate so we could leave. They then asked if we needed a taxi, which we did, they called this company which never showed up, then they told us the taxi was far and that we should be taking the hotel shuttle... Given that we were late, we had to agree to take the shuttle. overall disconnected service and doubtful...
