"I had a truly wonderful stay at Perdana Hotel Kota Bharu. From the moment I checked in, the hospitality was top-notch. The staff were incredibly welcoming, polite, and always ready to assist with a warm smile, making us feel right at home throughout our visit. The food at the hotel was another major highlight. Every meal was delicious, well-prepared, and featured a fantastic variety of local Kelantanese delicacies alongside international options. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is...

"The hotel is undergoing major renovations (installing new lifts and other works) so is noisy and a little untidy. The bathrooms are not very clean - there is mould and soap scum build up. The toilet seat in our bathroom was the wrong size so will shift when used (and give you a shock). If you have your own transport then the next issue does not arise. Top Kota Bharu Hotel Reviews

Grand Riverview Hotel

8/10 Good

"Room is not properly cleaned and hotel room is old."

Crystal Lodge

8/10 Good

"Clean and spacious family room. Breakfast buffet was impressive. AC was not strong enough, took many hours to cool the room down and didn’t ever really get cool. Gym could be updated and improved. Staff was friendly and helpful."

Perdana Kota Bharu

10/10 Excellent

"My husband and I stayed for one night at the Perdana kota Bharu after a missed flight. It is our first time in this city. Upon arrival, we were impressed with the amazing service provided by Mrs Zuriati. She went above and beyond , upgraded our room and provided such kind and thoughtful service. She accompanied us to our room and made sure we were comfortable. The room we stayed in was new, very clean with a modern bathroom , pool view and all amenities , including a prayer mat. The breakfast buffet was really varied, including local and western dishes. We got to try local dishes such as Akok. The hotel is about 15 min from the airport so it is very practical. Overall , this was a great surprise. Thank you again Zuriati for your kindness and great service ! I will stay at the perdana when I come back to kota bharu."
