"Most unique property we have ever stayed at in Phang Nga. Simply gorgeous, classic Thai architecture and the villas were generously sized with plunge pools. The people and service were absolutely lovely. The entire experience was very warm. We will definitely stay here again, however, will endeavor to visit next time in the non rainy season. "Only 5 minutes to Khao lak town, the resort is becoming a little bit dated, not very user friendly to elderly people as a lot of the stairs are unsafe thin and uneven especially on the bridges going over the pools. The onsite restaurant menu is average and the food similar most nights the restaurant was very quiet as people ate out elsewhere. We had a pool access room which was nice. Overall would we stay there again 50/50 on that."

"Overall the property was beautiful and well kept. The amenities were great. Some things were closed due to a wedding so we left the property to eat more often. The staff was very kind and attentive. My only complaint was I was supposed to get 20% off of food and spa services. We remembered to ask during one our times eating but forgot during another time and during my spa service so unfortunately we did not receive the discount. "This was our second visit to X10, after our first in 2019. With two young children, X10 is perfect with the pools, beach and activities on offer. The location is excellent, easily walkable to restaurants and shops on the main road. Good selection at breakfast, though the quality of evening meals at local restaurants I think is higher.
