Lovely beach front property. Lots of sunbeds available. Across the road are a number of very good restaurants and bars and it’s a 10 minute walk into Khao Lak. Beautiful beach that you can walk to other bars and eating places

Our stay at Sentido Khao Lak was wonderful - we were warmly welcomed and the team did everything to make us feel comfortable and was happy to help us with organizing shuttles to the airport, etc. We enjoyed the really good breakfast in the mornings and the lounges directly next to the sea! Lovely peacefull hotel and area, beautiful beaches. Hotel staff were very polite, nothing was too.much trouble, room cleaned every day plus fresh towels for room and beach. Would highly recommend it.

The resort is just the right mix. Lovely accomodation, positioned in a beautiful setting, and very friendly staff that go above to help you. Also, no children is a bonus to ensure rest and relaxation.

Khao Lak is stunning, very relaxing coastal town. This resort is nice but nothing to write home about. The rooms and facilities are aging and the food is pretty average at the on-site restaurants. The staff are wonderful though, and it’s a nice slow paced relaxing resort.

We had a lovely bungalow near pond, it was very clean spacious bed was very comfy. Clean pool towels delivered every evening. Area was quiet and well kept.

Santido located in a very unique location of Khao Lak. The rooms are spacious and clean. Food and beverage options are satisfactory however hotel bars closing hours could be extended a bit later then 11 pm. Hotel staff were very pleasent and helpful. The only negative point is all 5 of the hotel pools depth is around 120 cms. At least 1 or 2 of those pools could be deeper for swimmers and offering the option to the hotel guest. Overall we can recommend Sentido to all future holiday makers.

It was a lovely resort. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. They all went out of way to make stay enjoyable. Lovely beach for sunset views. Pools were warm and spacious. Food expensive compared to local prices as were the drinks. Cocktails were not great and were pricey. Wi-Fi dropped out regularly. It was easy to walk to a wide range of places to eat so would recommend bed and breakfast at the resort.

beautiful location, also close to town within walking distance, very good aqua fitness classes, great beaches near by,calm water, restaurnts just ok at dinner time alot of people go out to other restaurants, many many stairs beware!!! asked to change room bad kneew but no response, front desk staff tried but if they didn't know the answer would walk away and serve someone else, beware pool turns hair and clothing green. have been aware of this for two weeks but done nothing to fix it

The hotel is situated on the edge of the main road that serves the main restaurant and shopping areas. Taxis are available nearby if you want to go further afield, restaurants and shops are in walking distance from hotel. The immediate Hotel beach is a small area that has a limited number of bed loungers tightly positioned together. Not the most comfortable set up! Hotel policy states that guests should not reserve these beds but unfortunately the policy is not enforced leading to guests unfairly claiming beds then wondering off to breakfast. There are other beds behind the beachfront but these were also claimed most days by selfish people! The staff at hotel are very friendly and helpful. Hotel is well maintained and kept clean. There are a number of swimming pools with beds which were mostly quiet areas. The breakfast options were very good with a large selection of breads, european and Thai foods. Good games room for the kids with Pool and table tennis and darts. There is also a guest book library. Cannot comment on restaurants as we prefer to eat out so never used them on site. The hotel is well run with friendly helpful staff. Our room overlooking the beach and seafront was excellent. We enjoyed our stay. However with the small hotel beach area and the lack of enforcing the do not reserve beds rule we wouldnt return to the hotel in future. I would give the hotel 8 out of 10....

Fellow guests behavior!

Sentido is a good property,a bit bigger for our preference but there are not too many good and small hotels available in the area.We spent one week during mid february 2025 and it would be more pleasant if it hadn't been for our fellow guests that behaved without caring others.Most of them come from Northern Europe at a point that there are some "starndkorbs" (a kind of sunbed used in the Baltic sea) exhibited,and some information brochures at the room are only in German,may be to let them fell like been at home.We couldn't use our balcony during the whole stay due to the fact that all our neighbors continuously smoked in a vicious way ; also one day the management had to send a general notice regarding the prohibition to take and then leave the sunbeds unattended at the beach during early mornings. .Our room located at the mountain side was ample and well appointed,the breakfast was not amazing but still good and for lunch and dinner there are much better options outside at walking distance. The very few wine options at a restaurant precisely named Enoteca is a joke.Good gym,The hotel location is convenient between the town and next to the national park. Finally,although this is not the hotel fault, they must be more careful on choosing the third party transfers to the airport since ours did not have air conditioner which is very important to us.All in all we think that will be back.

The hotel is lovely. Staff excellent . Room was great and bed very comfortable. It did feel a bit crammed in. However, what really let it down was the food. This was the fourth hotel on our six hotels during our five week stay. Also our most expensive. We had the Buffett one night and it was really poor. Plenty of places to eat outside the hotel and I would make the effort to walk outside.

Was pleasantly surprised at how nice Sentido Resort is. Stayed in a delux bungalow. Bed was comfy, shower and bath amazing. Lots of pools to choose from with a swim up bar at one. Staff were friendly and very helpful, especially Tu the security gaurd :)

Perfect to relax!

Beautiful facilities, fabulous staff Food was delicious The walk into town was longer than expected but still fine. Some great bars and eateries within 10-12 minute walk. Taxi service also available from the hotel Khao Lak is a quiet area, if you’re there to relax, this place is perfect for you

Excellent Resort

Reception and Service Staffs are excellent. We've got upgraded to a bungalow on our 2nd day due to a broken mirror in our standard room. The staffs were very helpful and courteous.
