"Lovely hotel in the heart of Khao Lak centre. Very convenient for exploring outside the hotel, with town on your doorstep. Staff very friendly, nothing too much trouble. We stayed in a sea view suite which was clean and had plenty of space. Also managed early check in which was appreciated after travelling for 24hrs. Would stay again. "Stayed here twice sandwiching a trip to Kuala Lumpur. I repeat my comments from my previous review. I cannot rate this hotel to highly. It’s a beautiful setting on the beach. I think it has four swimming pools of course regardless of the facilities, the thing that makes or breaks any establishment is it staff. The people here are lovely and cannot do enough for you. The local resort of Kamala is only five minutes walk away and is a nice quiet strip of restaurants, bars and shops . No excessive noise , go go bars or being pestered . Ideal location for a family or mature people who like a bit of peace and quiet. However, if you want things a bit busier PATONG is only 15 mins away . I have been to Thailand probably 20 times over the last 40 years and this is my favourite hotel."

"The nature Phuket is a great hotel to stay at. Highly recommend staying here. The staff are very helpful, the cleaners do an amazing service, the pool and pool bar are awesome, especially buy one get one at the pool bar that lasts for 3 hours. Can’t wait to see you next time 🙂"

"Property is very nice - very quiet and serene. Beach requires shuttle/boat, which isn’t bad but it’s not really walkable. The boat is a bit irregular on schedule. One night we were stuck on beach for longer than expected, but staff at the partner beach resort and banyan tree helped us with the shuttle."
