Excellent! Spacious room, loved the access to the pool, wonderful and helpful staff. Comfy bed, fluffy towels and pillows, and ample towels for pool. Great location near the beach but also town with many restaurants. Will definitely be back next year at the same time!

I would throughly recommend this hotel. The room was spotless on arrival and kept amazingly clean by Kanjanee, the house keeper. The swim up room was excellent and we enjoyed several relaxing days with the pool literally at the doorstep. The breakfasts were good with something for everyone and the hotel is conveniently located a 5 minute walk from the beach and a few minutes from the road with plenty bars and restaurants. We've moved on to Phuket for our second week but missing The Waters already.

Was an excellent hotel . Staff was amazing couldnt do enough for you ..rooms was cleaned everyday and towels and bedding .changed . Pool was great .breakfast was very good as well . Everything was great . Definitely will return to this hotel ☆☆☆☆☆

This is the third time we have been to The Waters. The access to the pools is fantastic, the hotel is clean, the rooms are maintained to the same standard, the staff can’t be more friendly or helpful, the location is excellent in relation to the beach and the bars and shops. I cannot fault this hotel.

The Waters is a sensational resort to stay at. There are more pools than anywhere we have been and the main pool is huge. The rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed. Staff were so helpful and friendly and we even scored a complimentary late check out on our last day. The resort is really close to lots of wonderful restaurants and the famous Bang Niang night market is only 5 minutes to walk to. We couldn’t recommend this place more highly.

Perhaps the best central location in Khao Lak. A very relaxing hotel. Only 3 minutes walk to numerous restaurants cafes. Also a short easy walk to the beach and local markets. If your after a stay to just relax and enjoy the best of Khao Lak, then this is your hotel!! Would stay again and again!!

The hotel was busy but because of the number of pools available, it never felt overwhelming. Breakfast was good. The room was clean and all staff were friendly and helpful. There are good restaurants nearby and the beach is just a few minutes walk.

Would be a great family location

This resort would be absolutely ideal for families with young children. The number of pools and access from the water access apartments is ideal. The rooms are just starting to show their age a little and some areas could benefit from a deep clean and recondition, but overall this place was great and the staff were brilliant.

Great hotel

This is a lovely hotel with pools everywhere! It's definitely worth paying extra to get a room on ground level with direct pool access.We were there in off season and they were reasonable value, they look pretty expensive in high season though. Unfortunately the main pool was empty when we were there as they were renovating the pool and surrounding area which ruined the experience somewhat. We would ould given 5 stars if the pool was full of water 😀 The staff were very friendly, we appreciated an early check in, and the included breakfast was reasonable. There are loads of restaurants, bars, and massage places within 5 mins walk.
