"This really nice accommodation at a pretty good price.
Maggie went to every extent to make my stay special, even getting her mum to give me a lift to a nearby cafe. "
"The restaurant that is highly lauded in some reviews did not exist. Once there, the owner’s son tells me that they close the restaurant during the slow season….which was NOT disclosed when I booked. It’s in a very secluded area but a drive to restaurants about 15 mins away. There’s a restaurant next door, but the opening time depends on their mood, one day was 10am and next day was 11am. They were both weekdays. They don’t clean the rooms so I had to walk to front desk for new towels and water....

"We love this place. We were unsure whether or not it would be good for our family, but it has been excellent. The grounds are nice and the beach is beautiful. The only downside is there are not a lot of food options close by, but the restaurant in the resort is decent."
"This was our very first visit to Thailand, and staying at Iniala Beach House has truly set the bar incredibly high. From the moment we arrived, everything was flawless — the warm hospitality, the stunning design, and the serene beachfront setting created an experience that was nothing short of extraordinary.
Every detail, from the personalised service to the exquisite dining at Aulis Phuket and my beautifully designed suite, exceeded expectations. The team went above and beyond to make us feel at home while still delivering the kind of luxury and attention to detail that is rarely found, even at the best hotels around the world.
Without a doubt, this is one of the finest places I have ever stayed — not only in Thailand, but globally. Iniala Beach House is an unforgettable destination, and I cannot recommend it highly enough."
"An excellent choice with a superb setting (lively stretch of beach) but the main attraction here are the wonderfully iron-water natural hot springs (and, at 40 degrees, they are hot). Many visitors to Thailand don't realise the country is jam-packed with hot springs, most of which we've visited, and these waters are among the best. If you can splurge on a villa or room that has a private hot spring pool then it's worth it for privacy/calm to soak anytime you want, but the two hot pools in the main complex are enormous and you'll always find space - but might get busy from day visitors (so avoid mid-day soaks). The icy cold plunge pool is wonderful and deifnitely creates a great balance to the 40-degree waters. You emerge from a combination of the two feelign very refreshed.
This was our second visit to the hotel and we can see a huge amount of infrastructure improvements in the two years since first visiting - they're obviously investing a lot of time and money into upgrading the premises and it shows. The onyl real srea that still needs some attention is the choice and overall quality of the breakfast - it somehow feels uninspired with limited choice (especially for vegetarian options) and nothing especially tasty or imaginative on offer. This would be an easy fix and we spoke with the very present and friendly General Manager about this (he is very keen to get feedback and make constant improvements, to his credit) and so we anticipate breakfasts will improve.
