"I have stayed in many Citizen M Hotels around the world. I actually stayed in this hotel numerous times, some years ago. I was disappointed this time. I pay for a Citizen + yearly membership. Location is excellent. Air conditioning in our room was not very effective. I asked at reception for my room to be cleaned at 1pm to return at 11pm and the room had not been cleaned. Reception could not get access to towels. I had to wait for housekeeping to deliver. I just wanted to go to bed. Some areas need a refresh. Carpets in places are tired. Staff were pleasant."

"I had an amazing time at citizenM Shoreditch! The hotel itself is fantastic—super stylish, clean, and in the perfect location for exploring the area. The staff were incredibly welcoming and the whole vibe was just great. The only downside to my stay was some loud, rude people staying on my floor, but that's obviously not the hotel's fault at all. Everything citizenM could control was absolutely perfect. This is my 4th time here and I'll definitely be back!"

"The hotel was walking distance from the underground and one stop to the O2 arena if you are watching concert. It is nearby to some restaurant and shopping stores underground. The staff are very helpful. There is a kettle in the room and water. We had a good night sleep. Good for overnight stay."

"Spacious new rooms with kitchenette. It’s a high-rise finance district and malls but it’s easy to hop on the tube and go wherever one needs. There’s a huge supermarket a walk away (Waitrose). The bed was very comfortable. I was my super tired from travel and arrived before check in. Staff were helpful to accommodate and help get a room asap. I’d stay here again"
