"This place was absolutely amazing! The room was beautiful and the location was perfect, walking distance to the Tower of London. Also only a few steps to Tower station taking us anywhere else in the city and easy access to Heathrow Express back to airport. Most importantly, every staff member we encountered was amazing. "

"I have little good to say about my stay. It was during my birthday and I thaught it would be pleasant. Once I checked I was informed of last minute modifications. My double room was changed to disabled. The best thing about it was leaving it that night as there were hairs all over the bed and linen was not cleaned properly. I had to be changed two rooms since it had the same issue. Staff were kind but I felt forgotten about the second night. I was provided a free breakfast but I felt I deserved a better room as I got a downgraded one(a bed with less hairs.)"

We had breakfast on the second day that had a few problems, nothing too serious, but I'm not giving it a perfect mark mainly because I thought the rooms were a bit cold in style. Nice big windows to keep it bright, but a bit small and I know booked the cheapest room, but it wasn't that cheap, which means there are better out there at this price range. "
