"Room was very clean. Good supply of spotless white towels. Complimentary water in the room is a nice touch too. We had a great view from the 12th floor and despite staying on a Saturday, it was very quiet and we did not hear a thing so our sleep was undisturbed. The hotel is in an excellent location and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. We had a slight issue at check-in because the hotel has a new IT system and if I hadn’t been extra vigilant I could have paid for our room twice, but it was quickly sorted. I did not detract from a great stay,"

Our room on the 13th floor was fantastic! spotless, warm, quiet, and equipped with great amenities. We felt completely at home. The hotel’s top-floor bar offers an incredible view, and the location is perfect for nearby cafés and public transport. I only wish we had booked a longer stay. Looking forward to returning soon!"
