I had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton and would definitely rate it 5 stars.
The room was very spacious, clean, and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to relax after a long day. Everything was spotless, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and premium.
The front desk staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. They were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. A nice touch was the warm chocolate cookie given during check-in. It was delicious! I even asked if I could have a few more, and the staff happily gave me another two cookies with a smile. Small gestures like this really make guests feel valued.
Another highlight is the shopping mall located directly below the hotel. It is lively and convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options, yet the hotel itself remains peaceful and quiet. It strikes a perfect balance between being in the heart of the action and having a relaxing environment.
Overall, an excellent stay with great service, comfortable accommodations, and a fantastic location. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again."
