"The property is excellent. With a beachfront location, it is conveniently located to centre of town which has an array of local shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife. Given its proximity to the nightlife, it can get loud in the evenings if you're poolside but the soundproofing of the shutters and doors to the balcony are effective. Common areas in the building are very nice and atmospheric. Room a bit dated and very basic - our 3 bed family room was quite spacious but the main window looked out of the side roof over the air con units etc, however the room was cool and quiet which made up for lack of view. "The building was quaint. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They helped carry luggage up and down stairs. They had a nice breakfast buffet in a cute garden for only 10 Euros. They offered some chairs, mats, umbrellas and towels for free. We used them once when we did not want to pay to rent a lounge chair at the beach."
