"The staff are very accommodating and helpful. The family room we had has 1 King and a twin. It would have been better to have 2 double beds but within minutes they had an extra bed set up as there were 4 of us. I’m quite pleased with the service. The buffet breakfast is wonderful. The concierge helped us print some documents at no charge. The shuttle to the mall is also a great service. Overall a very pleasant experience. Would highly recommend. "

"Clean rooms, hot shower, location right in the heart of Bangkok night life, restaurants, many different Spas, shopping, and a short train ride to the malls. It’s a party all night until about 5am but the rooms must be soundproof because I did not hear anything. "
