Travel to Pak Kret

Hotel Mgr: Positive side: As usual, the hotel staff members were awesome, very accomodating, and helpful. The Shuttle Drivers were very polite, friendly, and always ready to drive guests to the main street. The gym was clean, quiet, and had user friendly equipment. Negative side: I had requested when my reservation was made to have the same room as last year. There was another guest in there upon arrival and asked the staff to move to me to that room when it became available. Unfortunately, the staff refused to move me and I was not happy about that. There was no hot then entire month of my stay. There were plaster worms in the kitchen and bathroom. The shower did have some mold on the walls and grout. I had to call the front desk several times for drunk and/or unruly guests shouting in the hallways at 3 am. One man was swearing and saying he was going to harm to the person he was speaking to. One woman was drunk and screaming "Call the police." Many of the guests let their kids run up and down the hallways yelling all hours of the day and night. One guest tried to get in my room several times and his/her child had to tell them that this was not their room. Another guest was conducting business on their phone from 2 to 5 am. There were several occasions of an overwhelming marijuana in the hallways, Yes, I know it is legal, but I am allergic to it. As the walls are very thin, it was not easy to sleep. Unfortunately, at this point, I do not think I will stay there again.

Great place

You can truly move into the suites here at Centre Point Sukhumvit! Full kitchen, even had a little combo washer/dryer, 3 bedrooms plus a living area--it was perfect for our family of five. Location is really convenient for both the subway and the skytrain (BTS). Staff was gracious and kind. Pool was beautiful and well maintained, with the bonus of a decent gym and a game room for the kids. The breakfast buffet was an absolute joy--it truly blew my kids' minds!! This is the breakfast buffet against which they will measure all future breakfast buffets. ;)
