"The Hotel is under construction and you are sharing one elevator with construction equipment and staff. There is no bellman, no room service no restaurant. The staff is polite but not customer service oriented or hotel experienced. Maybe in a few years when the hotel is more settled it can become something nice in Cali. The hotel should be fully functional before opening the rooftop pool is in the middle of a full construction site. "

"Good location close to shops and restaurants in Granada, Peñon and San Antonio. Internet was fast enough and reliable. Bed was comfortable and the AC was effective. Really good price compared to big hotel options. The linens were just ok. The bathroom floor towel was not clean and the bed linens have seen better days.
