"The hotel is located in a beautiful and quiet area of ​​the city with a great view of the Cali River. The rooms with city views are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is very good. The staff were attentive, friendly, and had a wonderful service attitude. There’s a great spot just down the street with an amazing vibe. The staff was friendly, attentive, and very diligent.
