"The stay was wonderful and I definitely will be returning but there were a few problems. The water pressure in the shower changed over night and the pressure reduced significantly. In addition, the detachable shower head didn’t work and the heater for the jacuzzi didn’t work either. "Beautiful hotel, nicely combined with nature. Rooms are comfortable, stall is very friendly, service and food were excellent. My only critic is that although rooms are very large and comfortable, they lack storage space such as drawers to put your clothes, bathroom was very large but just have a mirror, sink and toilet. No shelves, cabinet for personal items and no towel racks for hand or face. Rooms are very dim lighted so difficult for women to have an adequate place for makeup."

"The resort is beautiful. The beach and water are beautiful too. Great service, beautiful view from my room. Highly recommended. Cons? It’s Cartagena, it means happiness, music, warmth people, smiles. I know it’s a French hotel, but hello, the hotel is in Colombia. Tourists want to feel their culture. Employees are too serious and saying madame all the time sounds ridiculous. Not their fault, obviously it’s what they need to do. "El hotel muy limpio y bonito tal cual lo muestra las fotos. El desayuno super rico tiene muchas opciones para elejir. El restaurante del hotel que queda en el rooftop la comida es deliciosa y el servivio excelente ( Jaison the best). 10/10"
