Excelente hotel. Muy buena ubicación, lugar tranquilo y seguro. Lo mejor del hotel es el personal de servicio. Bonifacio que trabaja en el restaurante no puede ser más atento y nos hizo sentir como en casa, que suerte tener un empleado así. Hasta nos dio unos truquitos para combatir mi reflujo, si lee esto muchas gracias por todo y sus atenciones. Especial mención también a Darwin que nos ayudó con las maletas y todo lo que necesitamos. Esperamos volver pronto!

The hotel is beautiful but the rooms do not have the same quality. I switched my room twice because the top safety latch was broken on two rooms .

The only strange thing was when checking out I had to sign a paper stating that I had not used any beverages or food in the room. There was no notice in the room that there was a cost for the use of any of those items.
