The property is clean, well appointed, and has a great staff. The rooms are clean, but definitely could benefit from a coffee maker. The hotel is a challenge for taxis/ubers as most drivers are unable to locate it, and the traffic around the hotel is discouraging to some of the drivers. The area around the hotel has a some food options which are convenient. The hotel gym is clean and spacious. Was a great stay, the staff are amazing, and I would definitely recommend.

Everything was very clean and smelled good and the vibe was very Cali! The downside was the coffee because for it being Colombia it should have the best coffee and honestly it was terrible, the breakfast was also not of the highest quality either. The rooms were a bit tight and barely any space to move around specially when you have suitcases with you
