Preferred Pacific Coast Highway hotels

"Everything closes super early. We got back from my daughter’s soccer tournament like around 4 or 5 and the waterslide was already closed. Stores close at 7 and nothing is near by. No store near by. There was a couple staff member walking around but didn’t interact. My daughter got yelled at for being a bag of chips to the pool area. The BBQ grill had no propane and when we called for one they never came out. Towels took forever to get to us. I pulled out the sofa bed and it was dirty with crumbs from who knows when. Also shower had writing on the glass door. It was a nice place to stay at and would stay there again but I’m hoping it will be better. "

"During our stay there’s one night the elevator was not working & being tired from exploring in Disneyland was so much struggle to use their stairs. The vending machine from first to third floor was out of water, no towels in the pool. There spa is smalll. No coffee free in the lobby so you have to buy it from there Deli. They provide something in the room for you to make one but there’s no water bottle included and when you buy it from vending machine it cost us $4-$5. No microwave in the room. They have a small refrigerator that is not enough to store our stuff. The free shuttle to drop off to Disneyland and pick you up was a plus but you better be careful of not losing that blue bracelet, otherwise, it will cost you $15 to replace a new one. "

"Staff was helpful. Bathroom was sufficient but awkwardly arranged and poorly finished. A/C had a dripping sound. Otherwise, the room was basic but comfortable."

"Room is clean property is nice garden around pool so sweet staff are helpful Air conditioners could be updated or cleaned they are very noisy but worked "

"1. When I entered room was extremely hot and it takes couple of hours to cool down temperature because thermostat minimum temperature goes to 78 degree Fahrenheit only. 2. I was unaware that hotel will charge me $86 pet night for parking and no one at check-in told me. I got billed 2 days after check-out."
