"Ac is okay, pillow was given 3, but rather soft. Overall good location, good and decent hotel, but whenever nearby room door is closed, the air will make a loud sound to my door too. So when chambermaid is cleaning up rooms around mine, it will be endless slamming sound on my door too. "

"Recently updated rooms. Close to LAX and great staff. I was sad that they were cashless but did not have a digital way to tip housekeeping staff like in other establishments. Otherwise, a very good stay."

"Second time staying at this hotel and have had nothing but a great experience. Staff is super friendly. Room is always clean and the shower head pressure is great. The only issue was that the button on the bedside phone to call down to the front desk did not work, but other than that, everything was great. I will be staying there again."
