Very comfortable stay. The room was spacious. It was near a busy highway so it can get a little noisy. Great location.. there were multiple entrances to the subway just outside of the hotel and also walking distance to dotombori and other restaurants and malls.

I don’t see the staff beside of clicking the bell during check in day 1 But I found that they may checking the cctv all the time as they come to my room for me right after I arrive Anyway it is a nice and quiet hotel

Great Location! Stay in the Villa.
Stayed in the Villa portion of hotel which has larger, modern rooms. Great location right on Namba Walk and close to station and Dotonbori. The parking is in a vertical structure so in-and-out access to your vehicle isn't easy.
