"We had a great time. Loved the bar, service and hotel employees were great...the only thing that he had difficulty with was the uncomfortable mattress. Our mattress was a box-spring that needs to be swapped out for something newer. That was our only issue! Everything else was great -- including the location!"

"Millenium Hotel London Knightsbridge took very good care of us during our recent stay. The staff was very accommodating of our needs. The location is conveniently next to high-end boutiques as well as Harrods and Harvey Nichols. Breakfast choices were excellent. We would definitely stay there again!"

"Four day stay was cancelled on arrival by hotel due to it being used for Government Quarantine Service, we were only allowed a new night stay and had to make our own alternative arrangements. Management were apologetic but didn’t resolve issue of us having no accommodation for 3 nights and no notice. Do not use this hotel Still awaiting refund 😡"
