"Great service and clean. Didn’t realize there was no AC in the rooms, so the room was quite warm from the sun shining in at first. Very close to the tube which is perfect to exploring more of the city. Would stay again."

"The checkin was straightforward. The problem was we ordered a Twin room but ended up with a Double Room. We tried to call Front Desk but after letting it ring for about 6 minutes we gave up and tried 3 times more and no-one answered. "Very impressed with the attitude and helpful staff at The Copthorne- it’s very difficult during COVID but Peter and Toni do their best to ensure everything available is explained fully and keep a smile on their face throughout! All the staff were very very pleasant and the hotel might require an update after the covid recovery but it’s very clean warm comfortable and value for money Thank you "
