"Stayed for one night, a quick family trip. During check-in they offered me an upgrade, I said no as it was too expensive and they didn't push me on it. I was early for check-in and the room wasn't ready so we had to return. When we returned, they did upgrade our room for free which was very nice of them. Had a view of the falls and the fireworks.
