"The stay was pretty much okay. The only thing I didn’t like was that check in was at 4pm. We arrive at 3pm and a room was ready if we wanted it for an extra $15. Really? We ended up paying the extra $15 since we have been driving already for a long period and just wanted to relax. The rooms are semi clean and the place good use a good remodeling. They gave us 2 complimentary cocktails at the bar which was really nice. The free morning breakfast buffet was good too. Overall a pretty okay stay."

"Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Access to beach walk area was very nice and convenient. Well maintained landscaping and seating along the coast. Room was dark with very little window access to sunlight due to porch covering. Room smelled strongly of cleaning supplies. Overall room was pretty basic for the location and cost. Rooms facing the water are probably better lit. Customer service could use improvement."

"Room was outdated and not cleaned very well. When the upstairs used the bathroom you can hear the water running loudly through the pipes. Bed was very uncomfortable. If you stay on the bottom floors you will hear EVERYTHING above you. To top it off the alarm clock went off at 6am and got progressively louder until I went to turn it off. I wouldn’t stay again and don’t recommend"

"The room I was in, 216 looked like the last time it was upgraded was maybe in the 70s … when I arrived, the gentleman at the front desk put me in a room where there was some kind of construction or leak in issue or something going on, and I had to walk under plastic that was dripping water to get to my room. There was a generator next to my room that went turned on was so loud for the day I arrived and the day after I arrived. A bottle of Fiji water was five dollars, my fireplace did not work and I had my nephew take my car to where he was staying because parking every night was $30. I think that is enough at this point!"

"The rooms are very plain with dated furniture and a hard uncomfortable mattress! Pillows were musty and misshapen. The breakfast was delicious and the balcony views wonderful! Parking is limited and disability access is not available for many rooms. No teabags in the room but the keurig machine, microwave, refrigerator and safe are appreciated. But did not seem worth $500 a night! Beach access has steep steps. Pool is small and crowded! Staff friendly!!!"
