The self-service machine was not working, so we had to enter all of our information manually. This made the process much more complicated and time-consuming than it should have been. "Because the room we booked was for 3 people, but the one they gave us was set up for 2, and they added an extra bed in a very small space. Additionally, there was a very bad smell in the bathroom, likely from the plumbing, and the blankets and pillows were dirty."
