"The resort in beautiful. Very friendly staff. The price is reasonable. The only negative..Young children in the vip club room should not be serving themselves to the food trays. Make the club adult only or inform parents to serve their lovely sneezing children."

"We had a day layover in Honolulu so we didn't spend much time there, however we landed way earlier than check in and the staff allowed us to store our luggage at the counter while we went and got lunch. Even offered us use of facilities before we were checked in. Very friendly staff!"

Special mention to Samson from the front desk for being so nice and accommodating when we told him we are celebrating our daughter’s birthday during our stay. Kudos to all the staff! "Loved the location, the view from the room (worth the extra money), the friendly staff, great service, the blue note jazz club show, good food options. Some of the amenities are pricey, especially the valet and additional fees ($85 becomes $100 with fees) on the voyager 47. "

"The vibes were top tier at The Laylow. Everyone that I encountered was amazing, helpful, kind and genuinely caring. I really enjoyed the daily activities in the lobby & at the pool. The front desk staff was always helpful & pleasant. Last but certainly not least the bartenders, baristas and performers at The Hideout gave me so many wonderful options for dining & entertainment, I didn’t need to go anywhere else unless I really wanted to. I loved being able to walk to so many options so quickly....

"I feel quite conflicted by my stay at the Hyatt Centric. The hotel was clean and tidy and the staff were very friendly. The room size was great - there was lots of space, but it was very dark with only 1 window, little interior lighting and no view. Bathroom / Shower was big and spacious. The hotel advertises a pool, but this is false advertising. You cant swim in it as it is only about a foot deep and should be called a puddle not a pool. The hotel is conveniently located near shops and...
