Good value

Good value and a quiet location. Issue with the shower and tap pressure. Showere was sorted straight away but bathroom tap had no cold water pressure. Apart from that a good overall stay.

The Plagoo Hotel was a terrible Bali hotel and experience. I got to the hotel at 4 in the morning (after an exhausting long flight), just to find the room in bad condition with cockroaches in the shower ( and I took a picture of this ). I did not even stay that night, I booked out and stayed at another hotel . Over the next number of days , both myself, my father and Expedia tried to get reimbursed for the booking ( 16 nights) . At the very least I should have received 14 nights cancellation reimbursement ( based on their cancellation regulations) instead no-one answered the phones or responded to emails. When they finally got back to Expedia (3 weeks late) they claimed that the request was refused because it was too late ( when we had tried to get a hold of someone at the hotel for days , probably 20 or more call attempts & emails). I strongly suggest to never use this hotel for your booking. Please beware.

가성비가 좋은 호텔. 붐비지 않았던 수영장. 자연 친화적 숙박

방은 조금 오래되었지만, 관리가 소홀한 호텔은 아니었다. 매일 650 mL 네 병의 생수를 제공해주고, 매일 방청소를 해주었다. 특히, room 갯수에 비하여 여유있는 수영장과 호텔 내 마사지샵이 매우 좋았다. 낮에 여유롭게 수영장을 이용할 수 있고, 대부분 장기투숙을 하는 서양인들이 대부분이었다. 아이들과 어른들 그리고 Sun tanning을 하는 사람들, 선베드에서 맥주와 와인을 마시며 아이들의 물놀이를 바라보는 부모들이 있었다. 절대 분비지 않는 수영장이었다.

部屋がとても広く、周りには何もありませんが売店もあり困る事なく過ごせました！ 1歳と小学生を連れての宿泊でしたが、プールで楽しく過ごせました。 ただ、ここのホテルは中国人の客ばかりでとてもうるさいです。 これだけ我慢が可能でしたらとてもオススメです！

Hotel na uboczu

Pokoje najlepsze lata mają już za sobą, ale ogólnie są w dobrym stanie. Położenie Hotelu mocno na uboczu (przy samym hotelu nie ma praktycznie nic do zwiedzania a nawet nie za bardzo jest gdzie pójść na spacer). Sytuację ratuje transport hotelowy, który może cię dowieźć do Nusa Dua, Kuta i na plaże do Pandawa. Poza tym taksówki są tanie więc zawsze gdzieś można pojechać.

Short stay

Arrived late from airport stayed here for a night before going to another hotel. It was okay for what was. Markets inside hotel very expensive and pushy. Not unlike streets but inside hotel was a bit off putting.

Goodway Hotel & Resort Great Property

We are not beach people so not being beside the beach did not faze us. The service the hotel staff provided us had made our stay memorable. We enjoyed the peace and quiet. The best holiday ever. Accommodation catered for families, spacious and clean.

Quiet, basic hotel for those on a budget.

Arrived at hotel at 11pm and had no problem checking in. The hotel is situated about 1km from any main road, the plus side of this is that it is quiet but the down side is nothing is within walking distance. The room was clean but in need of a revamp. A free shuttle service runs throughout the day from the hotel to Kuta, Nusa Dua, Bali collection and Pandawa beach and as we had no transport we made good use of this service.

Too far away from town

The staff were lovely but there was just no good or consistent process for checking in, signing off on meals and drinks purchased or client communication. The hotel is also not close to any restaurants, beach or shops. There is a shuttle service which is free and great but we ended up using taxis every day.

It was to be able to stay at Goodway Hotel. I love the facilities given for the double room suite with the price. I'm just disappointed that the room that the hotel showed me was a renovated room while after booking, they gave me the old room although I asked for the renovated room.

Lovely Affordable Resort

Really loved staying at this resort. The grounds were beautiful, the staff were so friendly and the free breakfast was awesome !! Free shuttle buses to nearby attractions was a bonus. We had a great time.

キッチン付きはグッドです。

2ベットルームに2人で8日間滞在しました。お部屋は2人だったせいか広々としてて、とても良かったです。ただキッチン付きですが、ナベがなかったのが不便でした。小さいフライパンはありました。 また、ホテル周辺には、まったくなにもありません。ワルンでもコンビニでも欲しいですね。 バリにはキッチン付きホテルが少ないので、また利用したいと思います。

o how pictures lie!

The hotel is in an isolated area at the top of a hill upon arrival no staff assistance was offered for 20 minutes then the booking couldn't be located after almost an hr we were shown to our "deluxe suite"...it stank old musty & mouldy, furniture & decor was straight from the 80"s we complained about the rm they showed us "better" which was exactly the same so we checked straight back out! With a total makeover the place would make an idyllic escape but as it is the best advice is avoid at all costs!

Very Very Angry that we were allowed to book this hotel when the Elections were on and the place was inundated with people coming in for meetings and we couldn't get in for breakfast every morning. It would've been so much easier to relocate us to a different hotel while these meetings were taking place. The whole place was so busy with cars and people!! All we wanted was a quiet break!!

Hotel charges wireless internet inside the room. Price was a bit too high. Free internet available only around the restaurant area and available on certain hours (not 24) Hotel price was decent. It was a bit old but pretty well maintained. The other nice thing is the hotel provide complementary shuttle to airport, nusa dua beach, and kuta. Will definitely recommend this place to friends.
