"Good price for a comfortable stay. Clean, comfortable restaurant and bar. Our room key needed to be corrected a couple of times on a 3 night stay. It was quiet when we slept, but the pool seemed to make it a party destination where 2 low class women threw a wad of gum in the pool. We'd stay here again for the price and the pool. All but 1 staff were helpful."

"This was my third visit to Heritage Place Houston Brook Hollow, and, just as with my previous stays, everything was perfect. The room was spotless, the towels were soft, and the water was hot—everything you want and expect from a comfortable stay. The property itself was clean, well maintained, and peaceful. As usual, the staff was exceptional. I would especially like to give an honorable mention to the front desk associates, Alexander and Isabelle. They provided warm welcomes and sincere regards each time I encountered them. What impressed me most was that they remembered our previous conversations and took the time to ask how my adventures were going. That kind of personal attention makes a genuine difference and is something I greatly appreciate. The location works perfectly for me. It is centrally located and provides quick and convenient access to the places I want to visit and the adventures I have planned. After three stays, I cannot think of any reason to stay anywhere else when I am in the area. I look forward to returning."
