"Disgustingly dirty!! Windows to the lobby looked as if theyd never been cleaned. Hallway carpet needed swept. Room had hair on the sheets and all over the shower walls. It was awful. I was only in the room 30 minutes and left. 11:00 at night. Checked into the Hyatt. $199.00 but the room was very clean."

"Room very clean and well kept. Staff were very friendly and valet was perfect. In walking distance of many great restaurants and shops. Only downside was that WiFi didn’t want to convey to our phones but after talking to the tech support line we were able to get it to work! Would greatly suggest staying here!"

"Television didn’t work I complained about it now. Nothing was done. There was some metal hitting the walls we couldn’t sleep and then at 4 o’clock in the morning found bedbugs in our bed so we had to move room with it and it was not a good week."

"We liked this place so much we stayed there twice, at both ends of our trip. The room was very clean, the staff was friendly, and the gym and pool were nice amenities. Best of all, our dog stayed for free. The only downside is you had to pay for breakfast, but overall, highly recommend."
