"Very spacious room, staff was incredible, the gift shop is open late which was essential as we got drinks and snacks each night after the park, location to Universal was excellent. "

"For the past 15 year, I stay at Hilton everytime I visit this area, but I can tell that the beds and pillows are warned down from all the year of wash and reused. I think its time they should be replaced."

"My visit was good. I’ll say my experience was more so based on the person staying next door to me. They were constantly loud. Separately, they had a convention or event the day I was checking out which caused a 10 min wait on the elevators. But other than that, my experience was good overall. My room was clean and cozy. I would definitely stay here again."

"Clean comfortable room and friendly staff at the front desk and the valet and the bar. Nice view. Nice pool. Restaurant and bar prices are a rip off. $21.50 for a 16 oz beer in a plastic cup for the pool. Mandatory gratuity and then tax on the gratuity. Otherwise a very nice stay. Hooked me up with an early check in and a late check out. Valet is really well run. "

"I really enjoyed the ground level rooms. They have a main entrance and a back door to get to the pool or bar. The beds were a bit too low to the ground and I read tha parking was $25. But once I arrived I was told that they only offer valet service and that it’s $60 per night. Which is not bad but that was what I thought I had read. Thank you ! For everything it was still a 5 star experience for me. "
