"When I made to the hotel my room wasn’t ready yet. The room was so dirty especially the floor and bathtub. The tissue got some stains on it and the fire alarm rang non stop we called the maintenance they claimed us said that we smoke or use the heater but non of us smoked or turned the heater on because it was summer"

"Key card kept not working. No cleaning service."

"The rooms are very spacious but they are terrible as far as painting fixing cleaning crusted cracks on the walls not really too good the bathrooms are bad no good water pressure in the shower graffiti on certain areas in the restroom the orange curtains they have to go they are terrible they should replace those the outside of the building looks better than the inside of the building some rooms are better than others but all together they need to do some remodeling this is an old motel they've...

"Our room had the strongest pot odor imaginable. I was walking to my room when I started smelling it, thinking it was coming from outside, when I opened my room door I realized it was coming from in there. Went to the front desk to ask for air freshener spray and they gave me about 6 disinfectant wipes. Didn’t help at all."
