We didn't spend much time inside the hotel or exploring the surrounding neighborhood, but from what we saw, everything was spotless and well-maintained. This is a nice, conveniently located property. Clean, well appointed rooms, comfortable bedding. Free garage parking. Excellent staff, friendly and accommodating. The only slight downside is that it’s on Glenoaks Blvd. which is a major thoroughfare. There were sirens and noisy cars that were disturbing.

I like the location! Burbank is a nice area. The best part of my stay was definitely the staff. They were exceptional from the gentleman at the valet to the the ladies that checked me in in the very polite and professional staff at the breakfast, really outstanding. This hotel is in a great vicinity to a lot of really nice restaurants and some great shopping although my room was slightly dated. It was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. Overall I would come back.

It was wonderful. The staff was so friendly and very helpful. The bed seemed hard but was very comfortable. Best of all the pillows. I rarely travel without my feather pillow but I did not need it with the fantastic pillows they have. The cost of the stay was no less than had I registered directly with the hotel.

Hotel was good in general. Breakfast and the breakfast staff was great. Blonde Woman at check in on Friday pm made me feel I was an inconvenience. Im still waiting for those plastic cups. ALL of the other staff was great and helpful. Pool was nice and clean. Bar had limited hours, but Trader Joe's was across the street.

Lobby was clean, parking was under hotel, staff was nice at check in. Our room was clean. Toilet ran all night and there was a very odd noise almost like a rat rummaging through the drawers. It actually kept me awake all night. I even heard it in the morning. Check out was easy.

Room was outdated, beds uncomfortable. But it did feel safe and clean which is most important to me. Parking costed additional $35 a night and breakfast was offered at $24.99 each guest which we declined.
