"Not what I pictured looking at the pictures of the hotel on the site. Towels had stains, shower had hairs some insects smashed on bottom of desk no closet space, battery from AC needed replaced was really hot. Pool was overly crowded."

"Check-in was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I arrived around noon, and while I completely understand that my room wasn’t ready yet, I was told I would receive a text by 4:00 PM when it was available. That text came after i found on app I could check in thru app. Later, I checked the Hilton app, which showed my room number and allowed me to check in, but then it said I still had to visit the front desk to activate my digital key. When I got there, there were only two employees...

"So much to do. Not right on the beach, but close enough to drive there. The amenities at the resort, and bay were enough to keep you busy when not at the beach. We want to go back soon."
