The suite was great for our family, and the beach view was beautiful. We really annoyed private access to the beach as the public beaches can be a little too much. The restaurant staff was not very friendly but overall we had a good experience. We would stay again!

Overall the hotel, room, and amenities were clean. Breakfast was the same quality as a free continental breakfast at a 1-star motel. We stayed 4 nights, 5 days. The hotel doesn’t tell you that you have to call to get your towels replaced and room cleaned. I called twice and the third time I just asked for fresh towels. The showed up the last day we were there to clean the room. They still didn’t take out the trash. I will not be staying here again.

The staff was very friendly and professional. They made the check-in and check-out very easy and provided you with a clear and precise layout of the hotel. Our room was very clean and the breakfast was awesome.

Partial ocean view is very partial. Main pools outside were very cold. Nice feature out by the pool give them your room number and get as many beach towels as you want. One disappointing thing was the breakfast buffet very expensive and very limited items. But the location is great right up the main road all kinds of restaurants/outlet malls. All that being said, it was our second time staying at that hotel. Over all pretty good. You’re really there for the area and the beach. PS don’t rent the chairs on the beach. Go to the super Walmart down the street for $20. Get a beach chair. Use it all week then hand it down to someone else.

The property is beautiful, beds are super comfortable. Staff was exceptional and helpful… the only thing that could be improved is the pool bar staff, they give you the impression that you are bothering them. I could understand being a little hasty if it was busy but with only 2 people sitting at the bar on a slow non holiday it was just rude. The food lacked flavor. We wouldn’t order from there again. The spa is nice but basic. We got massages and would rate them 3 at best. Much better options for the high prices.

This property is amazing! It is clean, they have thought of everything when it comes to pool time and beach comfort. The food was yummy, I loved that they have a little restaurant on the pool deck. The staff was amazing! The beach was never overcrowded because it’s mainly for the resort guests. The property had some fun extras during our stay and they upgraded the view of our room because they couldn’t provide the floor height we wanted. It was amazing!! We will definitely come back.

A great family friendly place to stay, beach was beautiful and the hotel was amazing. The whole family loved it. Gym was well stocked and the rooms were very lovely. We will be going back.
