The room was always spot less. View was amazing. The staff was top notch and so friendly. I would stay here again in heart beat. My wife and I will be back. Food was always fresh and hot. Thanks guys

Hot tub packed with little kids. No life guard in the pool area or at the beach. Did not have breakfast at the property. Way too expensive. We had lunch at the bar near the pool. Food is good. Price was not bad for the amount and quality of the food. Concierge lady: the best!! Very attentive e and nice. Lots of suggestions. Front desk and wait staff need better training.

The grounds were beautiful and the location was great. The property could use another restaurant option - it was either high-end dinner or a buffet. A convenience store would be nice, especially when it's so far to walk another facility. Also, the balconies could use lounge chairs instead of the cheesy table and chairs. It's a nice balcony, and people would like to stretch out and relax. The staff was nice but they were not very knowledgeable. Check-in was actually humorous, with the agent trying to explain the resort fee. Check out agent was fantastic. She knew her stuff and helped us split the bill quickly.
