"Nice beach view in Tides 3rd or 4th Floor. Security present. Not crowded. Looks great for older persons. Sort of dead, little excitement. Lack of people present first week of May. Marty security guard GREAT!"

"Amazing beach views but thats all the room had damage all over and everything was outdated. The sheets were dingy no hot water for showers and no supplies in the room to cook. Enjoyed the easy beach access. But very disappointed in our stay. The staff said they would send someone each time but Noone ever showed after we called 4 times and went to the office twice.. I feel like I wasted my money. Too expensive for poor service. I will never stay here again..."

"Stay far away. This place was filthy. We checked in and then went to check out the town and went grocery shopping for the week. When we came back to settle in. There were cockroaches multiple places around the room. As we were moving the refrigerator around, tons of roaches scurried. We went to the front desk and told them about it. The lady was very rude and couldn't have cared at all. We asked if we could check out another room to see if we wanted to change before asking for a refund and checking out. She gave us a card and then left! The second room was worse and looked like it had never been cleaned after someone stayed. We were gone 5 minutes and the desk lady disappeared. We had no one to talk to for checking out. We packed up and went to another hotel. Now looking at my credit card statement, not only did she leave and not talk to us, she charged us for the second room also. I called Expedia after we checked into our new hotel and they said that they couldn't reach a manager. When they called the hotel the next day, they said that there was no proof that we attempted anything. I called the hotel that day and after explaining what happened, the manager said that she would issue a full refund. One week later and no refund, just another seperate charge. I stayed in this hotel years ago and it was a decent place that had a refrigerator, so it worked out well. IT IS A FILTHY DUMP NOW! STAY FAR AWAY! EXPEDIA SHOULD TAKE THIS PLACE OFF OF THEIR SITE. "

"Very noisy hotel. Harley Davidson motorcycles cruised the streets until past midnight every night, creating a lot of noise and making it impossible to sleep. I've stayed at hotels at the end of an airport runway that were not as loud. The hotel needs to put up concrete walls at the edge of the property to deflect the noise, or install triple-glazed windows."
