"The property was as pictured on the Expedia website. The staff was great from the front desk, housekeeping, and bar/restaurant. The room was clean. Perfect for me, my husband, and our toy poodle. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Plus the hotel its self had a nice restaurant and bar with live music at night. I liked that we could bring our dog to stay for free. Great spur of the moment last minute day of booking. We will most definitely be back."

"The room was good for the price we had to pay, the staff were nice and friendly. The room really wasn’t clean. There was mold in the bathroom the tub and on the ceiling. Toiletries they advertised that were supplied, the bottles were in the rack, but they were empty. I really didn’t rely on theirs, I had brought my own, but this is just to help someone that might be reading the amenities. They came to the room and cleaned up the dirty towels, but fell to leave clean towels."

"It's located on a very busy, noisy street. There wasnt any nature within walking distance, though very convienient access to the toll bridge over to Santa Rosa Island. We ate at Taco Rock next door, excellent meal and prices.The toilet floor area was dirty, the bathtub had non slip that was black with dirt. The light and very loud fan came on when entering and no way to turn off until a sensor decided only if the door was left open. The air was so cold we wore sweatshirts, even when we adjusted...

"This is an older building so it shows some wear but it is very clean and well kept. My room was very comfortable, great air conditioning and hot water for the shower. Their internet is a little slow but does work. I ended up using my cell phone hot spot. I would stay there again and would recommend to my friends. They are also pet friendly."

"Positive: clean and easy check in Negative: bathroom toilet (tiny toilet), tile, tub from maybe 1980s. Big gaps in door and thin windows where you could hear everything outside. Outside there was trash from the Blue Parrot that sat there for 3 days. BIG negative: got charged an additional $250 because they claim we smoked marijuana in the room but we did NOT! I asked for photo evidence and they provided photos that showed zero proof. We are disputing this."

"This condo/apt was amazing. Plenty of dishes/silverware were provided. Including a coffeepot, large toaster, blender, and teapot. They even had a laundry basket, iron/ironing board, and plenty of towels. They even provided puzzles & monopoly game!"
