"Our room was perfectly clean and the decor was quite nice. The beds were super comfortable and because we were away from the main tourist area there was no outdoor noise. We had one lovely meal in the East restaurant where the service was timely, professional and the food very good. I would highly recommend The Spencer and stay there again. Oh! And the breakfast was tasty."

"The property on photos looked very stylish. Unfortunately in reality the rooms were tired - cracks in the tiles and water not fully flowing away from sinks and showers. Rooms overlooking the terrace bar were very noisy on some nights."

"Room was great. It had everything we need... Other than cold air. The AC wouldn't come on the whole stay. Not even a fan would blow so the room got stagnant. I did try to have front desk to fix it. In a what's app msg they said they'd "reset it on their end"; nothing happened and no follow up.
Unrelated to take - the signature scent in the lobby is really nice but it's so thick in the air I couldn't sit in any of the lobby, restaurant areas bc it gave me a headache. Not all ppl are sensitive to...

"We booked this a year ago and considering it was nearly £300 for one night for 4 people we all were very disappointed in the apartment. The property was very basic and badly maintained, bathroom was awful and a really horrible throughout the apartment. This was so disappointing as we weren’t expecting the ritz but from the website to reality was majorly different.
No hand soap, 2 small rolls of toilet paper, it sleeps size but had one double bed, one single both were very uncomfortable but not...

"This was our hotel for one night before flying out the next day. The room and beds were clean but the bathroom was a bit gross. baggage rack was missing from room. i used one half of the double bed for the suitcases. I was disappointed that there was no sign notifying a driver that there was a parking lot for the hotel. I thought that their would be a sign on the pillar out front announcing parking for the hotel with an attendant and a handicap logo to let those that need them know that you have a handicap spaces."
